Dogs

Just a friendly reminder to all Bayshore Place residents with dogs.  When not inside a fenced yard, all dogs need to be on a leash.  Additionally, as you are walking your dogs, please ensure that you pick up after them.  Thanks!

Under the NEIGHBORHOOD menu you'll now find a listing of folks within the community that offer baby sitting, pet setting, lawn services, and other services.  If you would like to be listed, please send an email with your information to webmaster@bayshoreplace.org.  Please support your fellow neighbors when you can!

Bayshore Place Covenants

As requested by some of our residents, I've uploaded a copy of the Bayshore Place Covenants to the website and listed them under the NEIGHBORHOOD menu.  These are for Phase X-b and are dated July 2005.  They're the most recent covenants available from the Okaloosa County Clerk of Courts.

Bayshore Place Mailing List

An emailing list has been set up to easily pass information throughout the neighborhood.  Just send an email to residents@bayshoreplace.org and your email will be mass-mailed to everyone on the mailing list.  Note that you must be a member of the list to send to the list -- that will avoid us receiving a lot of spam.

If you're not on the list, you can join the list by sending an email to residents-subscribe@bayshoreplace.org.  If you don’t want to be on the list, you can unsubscribe by emailing residents-unsubscribe@bayshoreplace.org.  Please pass the word to your neighbors who may not know about the mail list or this website!

Neighborhood Watch

• Our neighborhood Watch program strives to help participants prevent crime.  Its success depends on open communication between residents, block coordinators, and the Niceville Police Department.
• On Tuesday, 01 Mar 2011, A police report was filed against someone racing another vehicle and driving recklessly on Red Maple Way.  The subject vehicle was a red Volkswagen Jetta with a “Got Boost” sticker on the back window.  This is not the first time this vehicle has been driving recklessly in the neighborhood.  Anyone with further information, or would like to add to the police report already filed, please contact the Niceville Police Dept and ask for Officer Ashton.
• The teaches participants to secure their own homes and personal property and to report any suspicious activity to the police.  Contact for the Niceville Police Department of 850-729-4030.
• Neighborhood Watch Contact List:  If you would like tour name and email added to our Neighborhood Watch contact list, please email your information to Beverly Young at youngmm@cox.net or call 678-7851.  We need the following information when you email:  name, address, telephone and email.
